Recipe: Peanut Butter Kisses


237 mils Butter
237 mils Extra crunchy peanut butter
237 mils Granulated sugar
237 mils Brown sugar; firmly packed
2 lg EGGS
5 mils Vanilla
591 mils Flour sifted
5 mils Baking Powder
5 mils Baking soda
5 mils Salt
1 pk (9-oz) chocolate kisses

Preheat oven to 350?. Beat first 6 ingredients at medium speed until fluffy. Sift the next 4 ingredients and add to above mixture. Mix thoroughly at low speed. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately press candy kisses into cookies.
